Recognizing the need for more HR tools within BC’s agriculture sector. IAF partnered with the Canadian Agricultural Human Resources Council (CAHRC) to develop custom, BC-focused tools and expand BC’s capacity. The purpose of the Employer Human Resource Tools and Capacity Building (EHRT) project was to support the BC agriculture and food industries in recruiting, retaining, and developing a skilled workforce by customizing, scaling, and promoting innovative HR tools, practices, and training resources.
